What counts against your plan
Viewer hours
One person watching live or replay video for one hour. Chat, nudges and short calls do not consume viewer hours. Beyond your allowance it is $0.04 an hour, and a show in progress is never cut off.
Conversations are unmetered
Chat and the visitor radar have no volume limit on any plan. We charge for video, because video is what actually costs us money.
A current limit worth knowing
Video is served from our own servers rather than a CDN, so live audiences are capped while we scale. Your dashboard shows the exact cap and how much of the month's allowance is left.
Common questions
- Is there really no card for the trial?
- Correct. Fourteen days, no card. At the end you either pick a plan or the widget stops showing.
- What happens if I go over my viewer hours?
- Nothing is interrupted. Overage is billed at $0.04 an hour and shown in your dashboard as it accrues, not as a surprise at the end of the month.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in the app, at any time. Payment collection is still being set up, so at the moment a plan change is recorded without charging you.
- Do you charge per team member?
- No. Plans include a team size and Pro is unlimited, but nobody is billed per seat.
