The service

Attendant is a widget and dashboard that lets you see shoppers on your store and talk to them. You get access for as long as your subscription is current.

What we ask of you

Your data

It is yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not use it to compete with you. You can export or delete it at any time, and we delete your store's data after you uninstall.

Current limitations, stated plainly

Attendant is early software and we would rather you know this before signing up than discover it afterwards:

Payment

Plans are billed [monthly or annually] in advance. Viewer hours beyond your plan's allowance are charged at $0.04 an hour. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give [NOTICE PERIOD] before changing prices.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. We can suspend an account for non-payment or for breaking these terms, with notice except where the breach is serious.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost sales. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Changes

We will give [NOTICE PERIOD] notice of material changes by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
